Foods to avoid during pregnancy:

Soft mould-ripened or blue cheese
Raw or uncooked eggsLiver, liver sausage, pate
Cured meats such as Parma ham and salami
Raw or undercooked meats and poultry
Raw fish, oysters, shellfish.

If eating Sushi, make sure the fish has been frozen.  Freezing and cooking kills the parasites.Fish although is good for you, unfortunately can contain environmental pollutants that can harm your baby’s developing nervous system.
