MSM has also shown to have many benefits for allergy sufferers. In one study 1,300mg of MSM twice daily for 30 days was given to 55 volunteers diagnosed with seasonal allergies. A significant reduction in symptoms of both the upper respiratory tract (including nasal congestion) and lower respiratory tract (including cough) was seen. As long as you’re still suffering from any allergic symptoms, or are in pain, it’s well worth supplementing MSM on a daily basis. While therapeutic intakes go up to 6,000mg a day, we recommend you start with 1,000mg, or half this if in combination with the other anti-allergy nutrients.

What does MSM Sulfur do?
Jarrow Formulas® MSM Sulfur is an organic source of bioavailable sulfur, an antioxidant mineral found in major structural tissues of the body such as cartilage. The sulfur from MSM is used to produce glycosaminoglycans (or mucopolysaccharides) such as chondroitin sulfate, dermatan sulfate, and hyaluronic acid.* These sulfur containing glycosaminoglycans are found in high concentrations in connective tissues, including joint cartilage, skin and collagen.*

Suggested Usage
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
