Delivery
Any dates specified by the company for delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate. If no dates are specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Non arrival of goods must be notified within 5 working days of placing your order.
Goods for delivery outside the UK maybe subject to import duties and taxes which you will be responsible for. Please contact your local custom office for further information

A valid reason why the goods are to be returned must be made. The return goods must be received no later than 7 days from date of delivery. All items must be in their original packing, unopened and must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. We will not accept goods which have been damaged because of improper handling, abuse or have partly been opened, partly used or from which seals or labels have been tampered with. We will not be responsible for the postage of the returned goods. There will be a 15% charge on the price of the goods returned.
We are unable to refund or exchange products from our probiotic ranges.

If the items you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued we will notify you by email with the option of choosing a similar item or a refund.

All items are carefully inspected before shipment. Any goods delivered in a damaged state must be notified immediately.
